Staff
Most of the staff of Diversity bvba have known each other for over 20 years. Although they come from highly diverse backgrounds, they have gravitated towards one another through a shared interest in critical research into societal issues. Each member of our staff has struggled free from a specific, socially-defined status, a process of emancipation that is never finalized.
These staff members have created a research platform through which they are able to open the contemporary context in which they work up for discussion. Through the back-and-forth that this necessarily engenders, it becomes possible to generate new programmes and customised approaches for organisations.
